Client Background
Monrovia Volunteer Fire Rescue, located in Alabama, faced several challenges with their online presence prior to partnering with Frontline Websites. Their previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and not optimized for mobile users. Additionally, their SEO efforts were nearly nonexistent, leading to poor search engine rankings and minimal visibility in search results. As a result, the department struggled to reach its full potential in recruitment and community outreach. Prior to 2021, the department had a minimal digital footprint, which made it difficult for residents to easily find important information about their services and volunteer opportunities.

Challenge Faced
Monrovia Volunteer Fire Rescue struggled with recruitment due to a lack of online engagement and visibility. The community was largely unaware of how to get involved with the department, whether through volunteering, donations, or simply staying informed about local fire safety initiatives. They needed a platform that could not only provide essential information but also engage the community and make volunteering appealing. The lack of a user-friendly website also made it difficult for them to communicate effectively with residents, limiting their community outreach efforts.
